Withdrawal period

You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of receiving information about the contract.

Withdrawal limits for digital content

The DeepType in-depth report is digital content. Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be restricted once delivery of the content has begun.

We clearly indicate on the payment screen that this restriction applies. Before payment, the free run gives you the four letters of your inner type, the four letters of your mind core, your world-job, and your drain-condition signals, so you can see in advance what kind of product this is. The free run can be taken again at any time without payment.

Full refund before opening

Even after payment, if you have not yet opened the report you can get a full refund at any time. Use the refund request on the report screen for immediate processing, or contact us below.

In the report, the body written by the rules engine appears first and the narrative paragraphs are added after it. Until the narration settles, delivery of the content is treated as not yet begun, so withdrawal is not restricted at that point.

The 1-year reopening period does not extend the refund period or reverse delivery that has already started. We do provide a full refund if final report generation fails or we cannot deliver the paid content.

When it differs from what was advertised

If the delivered report differs from what was advertised or was performed differently from the contract, you may withdraw even after opening it, within 3 months of delivery or within 30 days of when you learned or could have learned of the fact.

If a defect in the report causes you harm, we compensate for that harm under Article 28(2) of the Korean Content Industry Promotion Act.

Refund of overcharges

If a payment error or a fault on our side results in a charge greater than the amount actually due, we refund the excess in full at your request. If the overcharge arose for reasons that are not our responsibility, we return the excess less the costs actually incurred in making the refund.

Overcharge refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the withdrawal, and if processing is delayed we add delay compensation at 15% per year for the delay period.

Age restriction

Anyone under 14 may not purchase a paid report. If you learn that a payment was made after an incorrect age confirmation, contact us with the purchase email.

A contract entered into by a minor without the consent of their legal representative may be cancelled by the minor or by that representative. If you want to cancel, contact us below with the purchase email.
